The salary advancement track for Child Safety Specialists (Case Managers), the largest percentage of our workforce, is as follows:
Trainee: $45,150 - From hire date through classroom and field training
Entry: $47,000 - 22 weeks as a DCS Specialist Trainee
Year 1: $50,150 - 1 year experience as a DCS Specialist
Year 2: $54,000 - 2 years experience as a DCS Specialist
Year 3: $57,540 - 3 years experience as a DCS Specialist
