Following your enquiry please find attached our Saudi Arabia Business Visa Application Pack which contains the Saudi Business Visa application form and the template letter for the UK Employer Support Letter along with other important information and helpful instructions in regards to your KSA Business Visa application.
Please firstly send us the Letter of Invitation (LOI) by email so we can advise you on the type of visa and its validity. Please print and complete the application form by hand and then scan and send to us for pre-check.
We would also advise you to compose the Employer support letter as per the attached template and again send for pre-check. Please find the medical insurance document attached.
Please complete and send via email for precheck.
I have also attached a very easy checklist which only takes a few minutes to complete, however, this will eradicate 95% of all possible errors and delays as it tackles the main problem areas. Please enter the applicant’s name and scan back to us.

Once we have reviewed the invitation, we will take the main information, and provide you with a template email with the template and information as shown below:
Dear Saudi Visa Applicant,
Thank you for sending the invite letter through – I can confirm that it is offering you a single/multiple entry ‘business visit/government visa’ visa, valid for 30/90/180 days (with your stay in Saudi to not exceed 30/60/90 consecutive days).
For the employer letter, please stick to the template as closely as possible, stating the visa number (_____) the type of visa ( _______), and the number of entries (_______).
Please ensure that the letter is on UK Ltd company headed paper (the same company that was stated by your Saudi Arabian sponsors when applying for the invite letter with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – please check this with them if you need to), and that it carries an original ink signature from a manager/director. All information otherwise needs to be typed, and the letter needs to be dated within the past month. Please ensure that the job title is also stated as (_____), so that it matches the invite letter.
When you have completed this please send this through as a scan with the other documentations so we can undertake a precheck and ensure that we eradicate early on the most common reasons for rejection

In the event that there is no letter of invitation, the following email template will be sent out
Dear Saudi Visa Applicant,
You have stated that at present you do not have an invitation at present, know what a MOFA invite is or how to get one.
For all Saudi Arabia visa applications, one must require an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia. For this, you can request that your invite (a business or family inviter) to contact the MOFA in either Jeddah or Riyadh who will then issue you with an electronic document that formally invites you to Saudi.
More information is shown as per the link, there is an example of how this invitation will look. Once you have this invitation, you can then start the application which typically takes 2 to 3 working days, where you are required to send us this invite along with your passport, photos and application form.
A separate application pack can be sent accordingly for this on request.
Once you have the invitation:we advise all clients to send it to us as soon as possible which will allow us to check it has been Activated for submission in the UK Saudi embassy database which we can officially access. We can undertake this for you at no cost and no requirement to use us.
