Two Year Progress Report on the Meath County Development Plan 2021-2027 (adopted on 22 nd September, 2021)
Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) (“the Act”), and consequent to a recommendation made to him by the Office of the Planning Regulator under section 31AN(4) of the Act has issued a Direction to Meath County Council on matters.
A total of 10 submissions/observations were received as part of the public display of the Draft Direction. A Chief Executive’s Report will be prepared in accordance with Section 31AN(3) of the Act. The public consultation relating to the Draft Ministerial Direction closes at 4pm today, 23rd November.
